In-Store Policy
All in-store purchases may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items, accessories, and sale merchandise are not eligible for return. We keep your receipt on file—please just know the name it was purchased under so we can locate it in our system.

Online Store Policy
Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, and must be shipped and on the way by day 14. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items, accessories, and sale merchandise are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once received and approved, store credit will be issued.
Shipping Information
You can shop online and either pick up your order in-store or have it shipped straight to your door. All out-of-state orders are tax-free. Shipping is typically $10–$20, with an additional cost for overnight delivery if needed. All orders ship through UPS and can be tracked using the “Order Tracking” link at the bottom of our site or directly on the UPS website.
At checkout, you’ll see your item details, pricing, and estimated delivery time. If available, you can also choose a faster shipping option for an extra fee. Delivery times may vary based on your location, item availability, and when your order is placed.
